| Dr. Philip D. Bird MBBS (Newc. UK) FRANZCP
Dr Philip Bird is the founder and lead physician at
the Gosforth Clinic. He is a Consultant Adult
Psychiatrist and is Co-Director of the Sunshine
Coast Private Hospital Mood Disorders program.He
established the Gosforth Clinic in 1998, which
includes the Adult ADHD Clinic, the Adult Eating
Disorders Clinic and the Memory Clinic. His practice
includes general outpatient and inpatient
psychiatry. Dr Bird has chaired regular meetings
for both psychiatrists and general practitioners on
Adult ADHD. He lectures on the Queensland Registrar
Psychiatry Training Program. In August 2006, Dr
Bird completed a speaking tour in New Zealand at
which he was the key note speaker at the annual New
Zealand ADHD Trust conference. He has often been
interviewed on local, state and national radio and
on national television in New Zealand. |
